The COO is a sanctuary — a seamlessly, curated environment fostering serenity and vitality. We are a haven: a safe refuge for adults, teens, and families. In this tranquil, life-giving space our clients “do the work!” Through skillfully guided techniques and practices our guests ascend and transcend the suffocating tension of the pedestrian, and discover their extraordinary life.

Our guides and practitioners have traveled the globe learning energy modalities and healing systems, both ancient and modern, studying with gurus, doctors and nutritionist to understand the harmony of the mind, body and spirit. Through this collective experience we have developed a methodology and system that aligns the energy within our clients, ultimately allowing them to evolve and unlock their peak potential.

Heather’s life exemplifies asymmetrical balance.

"I first discovered meditation and breathe-work through my yoga practice, and my understanding of the physical world began to change. Motivated by a desire to bring balance to my life, and foster a healthy mind and body, I opened myself to reexamining spirituality and exploring energy work.

I wasn’t in a good place when I started this journey. In addition to feeling older, I was wrestling with mild anxiety, and a general feeling of melancholy. My career had plateaued, my love life had flat-lined and I was struggling as a single father of teenagers.
Just as a museum director would use their refined aesthetic and sophisticated understanding of art and culture to curate a fine art collection, Heather/The Center for One has
synthesized modalities and practices from around the world into ONE curated experience. I didn’t have to climb a mountain in Tibet, or swelter in an ashram in India to share in this completely immersive experience. I found it all within the Center of One.
In my first session at The Center the reiki master healer identified injuries in my shoulder and neck and was able to bring physical comfort and relief that I had not experienced in years. This alone was life changing, but as I expanded my involvement, The Center guided me to a deeper, more spiritual level, where I addressed ideas of self-concept, and world view. I have truly experienced a holistic change that has made me a happier, more engaged and more energetic person, and I am excited about my life and the future."
